Quality Month｜Enhance the quality of work process to create quality zenco

Quality is the foundation of an enterprise, the foundation of its development, and the source of its reputation. In order to continuously improve product quality and strengthen the quality awareness of all employees, zenco casa has designated July every year as "Corporate Quality Month".

This year’s “Corporate Quality Month” event focuses on the software production part of the furniture production process. Through a series of activities, the professional skills and quality control capabilities of software workshop employees are strengthened in a targeted manner.

Quality Inspection

Factory leaders and the quality inspection department inspect the production process, promptly discover problems that employees have during production, and provide professional guidance to ensure that every link meets high-quality standards.

Quality Enhancement Training Session

The upholstery workshop organized a quality improvement training session in response to common quality problems in upholstered furniture. The manager explained key process control points, common quality problems and their preventive measures, standard operating procedures, etc. to employees in detail. At the same time, employees with high-quality products shared their production experience.

Conducting quality skills competitions

Skills competition shows off talents, and competition promotes learning and achieves results. To fully stimulate employees' enthusiasm for learning, the software workshop held a quality skills competition, covering key processes such as base cloth, sponge gluing, cutting, sewing, and finishing.

This activity is a short-term quality improvement action and the epitome of zenco casa's long-term commitment to quality improvement. Whether it is the careful selection of raw materials, strict control of production processes, or entrusting third-party authoritative organizations to conduct random inspections of raw materials and finished products, they all reflect zenco casa's persistence in excellent quality.
